   Hi, my name is Mary Ann, are you currently renting out your property for extra income, but its also causing an extra headache? Well, let us help. We are currently managing properties throughout Matagorda, and Brazoria Counties and would be more than happy to assist you.

   We handle storage units, warehouses, commercial, and residential. We do it all. We find tenants, if your property is not already rented, collect rents and also handle all make-ready and maintenance. Then at the end of the month, we report it all to you. We send a statement to you letting you know who is currently renting your property, the amount of money they paid in, and if there any repairs that were made. We mail this report along with a check by the tenth of the following month.

   The great thing is, Bill Bell Realty works off a commission. That's right, we don't get paid, unless you get paid. Now what could be better than that!!!
